okay well i am going to do this and start today! :) heres my problem,

I use a heart monitor i run at moderate pace till it gets to 155bpm then i walk till it gets down to 140bpm i do this for 25mins. I like this because, as your fitness improves, you'd be running “longer” durations as the “recovery” time will decrease.
