I tried everything I could think about to lose pounds. I have tried everything I could to do it on my own. Despite my best efforts, my failures continued. I have to tell you, there's hope.

Need help i cant lose weight no matter what i do.

So do you lose more weight walking 5km or riding 10km? These are a lot of questions I ask myself trying to lose poundage. There needs to be an easier strategy. Keeping interest up is close to impossible. Something that will eliminate one of the doldrums of life.
I made an appointment with Dr. Nook about my overeating. They also recommended that I continue exercising. she said that Hoodia on it's own isn't really enough. she said that benzphetamine will help manage my urges to eat. Let's see how this goes.
Sports helps me get exercise. however I am still not losing much weight. That might be ideal. I tend to overeat. I've heard that Hoodia can help overeating.
I dislike to exercise. I am also trying to play some sports. I've now started to play basketball. Not just that, but also it becomes routine. obviously, boredom sets in and fighting it is no straightforward task.
Hoodia has helped control my urges to eat. I have spotted some weight reduction. I've seen some changes in my weight. With this regimen, I've manage to lost 10 pounds in 30 days. I am going to still have to exercise more.
